Robert (Rob) Crooke is a corporate vice president and general manager of the Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) Solutions Group at Intel Corp. In this role, he leads a worldwide organization responsible for NVM technology design and development, complete Solid State Drive (SSD) system hardware and firmware development, wafer and SSD manufacturing, as well as marketing for Intel's component, module, and SSD NVM businesses.

Previously, Crooke led the Atom and System on a Chip Development Group (ASDG), responsible for delivering world class low power processors for the Intel Atom processor product line as well as developing enabling technology for system on a chip (SOC) products across the company. Before that, Crooke served as Vice-President and General Manager of the Business Client Group where he was responsible for Intel's desktop products and directing Intel's vision for business client computing. He has also served as Vice-President and Director of Marketing and Planning in the Desktop Product Group, Vice-President and General Manager of the Platform Architecture and Solutions Division, and Director of Marketing for the Basic Microprocessor Division and Performance Microprocessor Division.

He joined Intel in 1989 in the sales force as a field applications engineer. Before joining Intel, he held design engineering positions at Alliant Computer Systems and Custom Silicon.

Dr. Angel Luis Diaz is Vice President of Software Standards, Cloud Labs & HiPODS for IBM Software Group. In this role, he has global responsibility for driving strategy and management of IBM's industry-leading standards initiative. He manages a global standards community working across international organizations and consortia to foster development of the next generation of interoperability standards, policies and practices critical to IBM Middleware and foster a new model of standards development supporting IBM growth initiatives including IBM SmarterCloud, Social Business and Business Analytics. Angel is also responsible for the SWG High Performance Lab team, working with leading customers on enterprise infrastructure, application architecture/platform and workload optimization.

Dr. Diaz has served in a number of leadership positions at IBM Application & Integration Middleware Division (WebSphere) for IBM Software Group, responsible for driving the strategy and marketing for some of IBM's leading middleware technologies. As Vice President of WebSphere Business Process Management & Connectivity, he led the expansion of IBM’s middleware footprint in the BPM & C business segment. As Director for the WebSphere Business Process Management development, architecture and technology strategy, he was responsible for WebSphere Business Modeler, WebSphere Publishing Server, WebSphere Business Monitor, WebSphere Business Space Framework Component and WebSphere Integration Developer product development teams.

Prior to joining IBM Software in 2003, Dr. Diaz was a member of IBM's Research staff and Senior Manager, where he led advanced technology projects related to XML & Web Services and initiated the world’s first two standards that make use of web services, the Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards (OASIS) Web Services For Remote Portals (WSRP) and OASIS Web Services For Interactive Applications (WSIA).

He received his Ph.D. in computer science (distributed computing, programming languages & computer algebra) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Matt Mullins is currently a Principal Consultant – Cloud Platform Implementation Engineer with Citrix Systems, Inc. This includes integration with multiple hypervisor, storage and network solutions. He is part of the Worldwide Cloud Solutions team and supports customers both in the US and internationally.

Matt was previously Infrastructure Architect at FedEx Services with responsibility for the 5 major OpCo infrastructure environments with compute, storage, and network systems within FedEx. He was responsible for overseeing a team that managed the performance and capacity of over 800 physical systems and the 10,000+ VMs. He also worked as an Enterprise Architect designing large $20M projects and implementing those projects successfully.

He has a large base of knowledge in his sixteen year IT career. His experience has given him exposure to business in South America and Europe, including living in the UK for 6 months. Everything from point of sales systems, large enterprise and consulting services.

Jennifer Mulveny serves as director of government affairs at Intel Corporation in Washington, D.C. She is responsible for international trade and cloud policy and serves as the primary liaison with Senate Republicans for the Company. Prior to Intel, she served as director of global trade policy at Hewlett Packard Company in Washington. She worked with country directors around the world to shape the company’s global trade and investment policy. She also was responsible for managing HP’s global policy for the company’s PC and printer business. Before joining HP in 2010, Jennifer was senior director for trade and legislative affairs at Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A. in the Washington office. She represented clients on trade issues before Congress, the White House and federal government agencies. She also provided guidance on moving trade policy through the legislative and executive branches of the U.S. government.

Previously, Mulveny was deputy assistant for congressional affairs at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. In this position she worked with Congress to advance President George W. Bush’s trade agenda, most notably passage of the U.S.-Dominican Republic-Central America Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA). She also handled matters relating to Africa, South Asia and the Americas as well as textiles, labor, trade capacity building, agriculture, small business and World Trade Organization (WTO) affairs.

Seth Proctor is Chief Technology Officer at NuoDB. He has 15+ years of experience in the research, design and implementation of scalable systems. That experience includes work on networks, languages, operating systems, security, databases, and distributed environments; all of which are integral to the NuoDB product. Prior to NuoDB, he worked at Nokia on its internal private cloud architecture.

Before that Proctor was at Sun Microsystems working in the research labs and collaborating with product groups and universities. Jason Waxman is a vice president in the Intel Architecture Group and general manager of the Cloud Platforms Group within Intel's Datacenter and Connected Systems Group. He manages Intel's business, products and technologies for cloud service providers, a rapidly growing data center business segment. Waxman oversees the company's technology development for cloud computing, including silicon components, optimized system design, data center management, security and facility optimization.

Waxman joined Intel in 1997 as a product marketing engineer and has spent his Intel career in enterprise and data center computing. Before leading the Cloud Platforms Group, he served as general manager of high-density computing and as marketing director of Intel Xeon platforms, leading the definition and introduction of several enterprise platforms. Before coming to Intel, Waxman worked in strategic planning and manufacturing for Emerson Electric, an industrial components company, and as a management consultant.

Waxman has held board roles in the Open Compute Foundation and the Server System Infrastructure Forum, and he managed Intel's role as technical advisor to the Open Data Center Alliance.
